Kingdom Cleaners is a project of the Kingdom Life YPU Department. This policy explains what the Kingdom Cleaners app collects and how it is used.
What we collect
Only what you enter when you make a booking: your name, phone number, company name (corporate bookings), area, an optional location link, the services and quantities you choose, your preferred date and time, notes, and any photos you choose to add. If you use the chat, we also keep your messages to our team.
The app does not collect your contacts, your precise location, advertising IDs or usage tracking. It shows no ads.
How we use it
Only to arrange and carry out your booking: to see what needs cleaning, prepare a quote and call you to confirm.
Who it is shared with
Your booking is sent to our team over an encrypted connection. It passes through the provider that hosts our booking service, and reaches our team by email and, where used, as a WhatsApp Business message through Meta. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Photos are deleted automatically after 90 days. Chat conversations are deleted 12 months after the last message. Booking messages are kept by our team for as long as needed to provide the service and keep basic records. Your own bookings list is stored only on your phone and is removed when you uninstall the app.
Camera and photos
The app uses your camera or photo gallery only when you tap Take photo or Choose photos. Photos taken with the camera are also saved to your phone's Pictures folder.
Your choices
Photos and the location link are optional. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email kingdomlacleaners@gmail.com.
Children
The app is meant for adults arranging cleaning services and is not directed at children.
